With the advent of the recent Anti-Smoking in Public Houses Legislation recently passed by the UK Government, Kempsafe have recognised that customers will necessarily have to go outside to smoke. The Bill has now gone to the House of Lords for approval where it is expected to pass without amendment. If it passes as expected it will become law by mid-2007. To avoid losing customers it will become increasingly important that Breweries and Landlords provide suitable outside amenities for people who still want to smoke whilst enjoying a drink at their "local".
With our notoriously cold weather some venues have installed Gas-fuelled heaters which, whilst proving efficient at their job are nonetheless cumbersome, potentially dangerous and are prone to "running out of gas" when they're most needed.
With this in mind Kempsafe are pleased to offer the PubSun Ceramic Infrared Patio Heater.
These attractive heaters have the advantage that they are small, lightweight, powered by a normal 240v electrical supply and can be located just where you need them.
Although these heaters were designed to meet the expected demands of the Entertainment Industry they would be equally at home in a domestic garden.
It is important that these heaters are installed by a qualified tradesman and that all electrical standards are adhered to as Kempsafe cannot held be responsible for units installed by our customers.
