Suitable for hotels, institutions, food manufacturers etc. Supplied complete with stainless steel bowl cutter and vegetable preparation attachment. There are 34 different types of disc and grids available for use with the vegetable preparation attachment, however none are supplied with the machine make your selection from the accessory list to fulfil your requirements.
The 5.5 litre stainless steel bowl is supplied with a flat blade and is suitable for all mixing, chopping, grinding & kneading tasks. Features include motor brake, no volt release and lid security.
Construction: All metal vegetable preparation attachment in die-cast alloy for high strength. The vegetable preparation attachment is equipped with two hoppers: a large D shape hopper (with an area of 121sq. cm.) to process vegetables such as cabbage, potatoes, lettuce and tomatoes, plus a round deep hopper designed for long or fragile vegetables.
A complete collection of perfectly balanced discs guarantee an outstanding cut quality and allows you to perform all types of fruit and vegetable preparation, i.e. slicing, ripple cut slicing, grating, julienne strips, dicing or preparing chips or french fries.
